Main tasks and responsibilities:

Actively support sales in presenting  products, capabilities, and benefits to customers & engineering contractor's capital project teams
Identify upcoming projects and ensure  supplying entities and market segments are aware of all opportunities,
Ensure a sales strategy is in place for all major capital projects and discuss tactics to secure orders with the sales director and relevant supplying factories
Takes the lead in customer negotiations to ensure success in securing profitable orders and minimizing risk to  with contractual terms, conditions etc.
Provide budget tenders and support firm bidding / tender process
Be an active member of the SPR team and provides input to strategic business plan, actively supporting SPR in developing strategic customer relationships
Maintain sales database, metrics and KPIs indicating state of  opportunities and business performance
Support segments and business areas in bookings forecast process
Active participation in co-ordinating project hand-overs and MBA projects 
Participates in Lessons learned process
Works with CSS to develop any spares, maint. contract or retrofit opportunities
Familiar with the environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and processes involved in the role and the procedures, practices and measures to manage the impact.
Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.

Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required:

Pump or Rotating equipment technical or sales background
HNC or degree qualification
Pumps Process knowledge  an advantage
Knowledge of Power Generation  and/ or refinery business an advantage
Good technical understanding of  centrifugal pumps Willingness to travel
Good inter-personal and presentation skills
Basic commercial understanding of  terms & conditions of major contracts
Experience with products, application, design, tendering and support processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills English and Russian language essential
Customer oriented and a team player
